I’m Sydni Sons, a registered certified reflexologist and founder of Wilde Remedē. I specialize in hand and foot reflexology, hot stone therapy, craniosacral reflexology (CranioFlex), applied aromatherapy, Vita-Flex, Simultaneous Bilateral Stimulation (SBS), and meridian and acupressure therapy. My approach is gentle yet effective, always customized to your unique needs, goals, and wellness journey.

 

I studied at the Nashville Academy of Reflexology, graduating in 2016 with over 300 hours of clinical experience and honors from the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society. Since then, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, supporting those managing chronic pain, stress, autoimmune conditions, and more. My mission is simple: to help you feel at home in your body and empowered in your healing.
